Our Philosophy

Coach Juneau aims to lead a staff that is focused and dedicated on improving skill development, hockey sense, and competition. Each player will use these tools to help them compete at the highest possible level. It is Matt’s philosophy that players must be developed using a holistic approach. At mj hockey, we are focused on engaging and developing the entire athlete, rather than just parts and pieces.

Hockey players need to be multi-dimensional in their approach to playing the sport and must be challenged in a variety of ways. Our athletes will achieve this success by accepting the challenges laid forth by our experienced coaching staff during our hockey camps. This approach will help our athletes become successful individuals both on and off the ice.
